Welcome to my website at the Faculty of Business in Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada.

During the fall semester I will be teaching SSC100 – Success Strategies for College; EQQ501 – Emotional Intelligence and the Workplace; and, CAP500 – Career Planning and the Job Search.

My passion for teaching has led me on a path that has included volunteering with children's sports groups, working with the local parks and recreation department, coaching individuals returning to the work world, teaching adults in continuing education, teaching ISO14001 Environmental Management Standards program and now into post secondary education and teaching.   My industry experience includes over 25 years in both the private and public sectors and as an entrepreneur.

My philosophy on teaching is to involve students in a continuous learning process whereby the learning is applied through various in class and out of class individual and group assignments.  This includes: movies, vignettes, guest speakers, team and project-based learning, web-based learning systems, and student presentations which support individual learning styles.
